9" Grinding Disks

A wide variety of motors can be used, including  variable speed or single speed..  Suggested motor size is 1hp , 1725 rpm.

 Using a spray adhesive, standard 9"X11" sheets of abrasive can be used at a cost savings compared to PSA precut disks.

3M Super 77  adhesive provides high performance and is typically available at hardware stores.

Follow the  adhesive instructions to apply the abrasive sheet, then trim  with a utility knife.  The disk diameter is actually 8-7/8" which allows for a slight overhang of the 9" wide paper which makes it easy for a perfect fit.
