The EF-48 is designed to be flush mounted on the top of
a sturdy workbench or table. In this example, a section of countertop
material has been mounted to a pair of sawhorses purchased from the local
home hardware center.
Before installing the motor, and with the worktables removed from the base
plate, lay the base plate on the work bench and mark the mounting holes and
the motor location.
Cut out a clearance pocket for the motor and drill the mounting holes for
the base plate.
Mount the base plate to the workbench and then install the motor
from below.
Install the drive wheel on the motor shaft
The motor must be wired for Clockwise rotation of the drive
wheel when viewed from above.
